In addition to offering dignity, privacy and spacious living areas for everyone, this design also eliminates today’s issue of resident to resident contact from shared living quarters. And, if someone needs to be restricted to their room for precautionary measures, they continue living in a beautiful, comfortable space, much like a hotel suite. A Tradition of Caring Clearview Visiting at Maplewood We understand that family means everything. Being able to see your loved ones brings peace of mind in addition to brightening each others’ days. Given today’s ever changing situation and the challenges of visitation in nursing homes, we offer several options for residents and family members to continue to see each other. Spacious living room style lounges are set up for hosting indoor family visits when possible. Another option is our Clearview Visiting area (pictured here), which makes use of a large, climate-controlled, vestibule with comfortable seating for year round visiting. An amplification system makes it easy to hear each other, while a plexiglass panel provides totally clear viewing, protection, and the ability to get close enough to interact and even show residents photos on your phone. In addition, laptops and iPads are available for residents to video chat with family members; and staff is ready to assist with these types of calls.
